Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Blend butter and sugar, then beat in egg.

Stir in apples, dates, and nuts.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Gradually stir into apple mixture.

Spread in a greased 9"x9” pan and bake 30 minutes.
