Directions
Add dry mustard, dark beer, horseradish and brown mustard seeds in a medium bowl, and stir until well mixed.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to calm down slightly.
The next day, season with salt and pepper once more, and stir in a little bit beer if the mustard feels too thick.
Store in a well sealed jar or container and keep it refrigerated.
