Dark Beer Horseradish Mustard

 

Never thought about beer can be added into horseradish to make this delicious mustard, then you should get started now, and this homemade mustard is full of flavor!

Ingredients

½ cup dry mustard

cup beer, dark

½ cup horseradish
prepared and drained

1 tablespoon mustard seeds, black
1 x salt and black pepper
to taste

Directions

Add dry mustard, dark beer, horseradish and brown mustard seeds in a medium bowl, and stir until well mixed.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to calm down slightly.

The next day, season with salt and pepper once more, and stir in a little bit beer if the mustard feels too thick.

Store in a well sealed jar or container and keep it refrigerated.
