Crockpot Homemade Potato Soup
Make your own delicious homemade soup that's so easy to make. This recipe uses a slow-cooker so it's a simple place all ingredients into the slow cooker and let is simmer all day unattended.
Ingredients

pared, cut in bite size pieces, about 6 potatoes |

leeks
washed, pared, cut in bite size pieces |

chicken bouillon cubes

evaporated milk

Directions
Put all ingredients except milk and chives into a slow cooker or Crockpot®.
Cook on low 10 to 12 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
Stir in milk in last hour.
Serve topped with chives.

So much sodium content in this soup. Wow!!
almost 4 years agoMaybe if you use low salt or no salt chicken broth it would take away some of the sodium content.
