Directions

Combine sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; add to peaches in bowl and toss lightly.

Arrange in pie shell; pour heavy cream over peaches.

Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired.

Bake at 400℉ (200℃) for 45 minutes or until set.

Cool well before serving. Garnish with whip cream if desired.
