A delicious dish. Made it for lunch yesterday, and we were surprised by how creamy and flavourful it came out.

The recipe is very easy to follow. I used sherry instead of brandy, and it still worked well. I used a spicy Indian curry powder that we bought from an Indian grocery store a while ago, and it worked like a charm.

So definitely a five-star recipe and a keeper.
