Directions

Preheat oven to 375℉ (190℃).

Spray nonstick baking sheet with vegetable coating spray.

In large bowl, gently mix all ingredients, being careful not to break up lumps of crab meat.

Using a scant ¼ cup mixture for each, make 6 cakes.

Shape mixture into circle, pressing flat.

Place on prepared baking sheet.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
