Directions

Combine flour, soda and salt, set aside.

Combine butter sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.

Add flour mix and beat until creamy.

Stir in chips and nuts and spread in 15½ x 10½ inch pan.

Bake at 375℉ (190℃) for 20 to 25 minutes.
