One of the top printed recipes! Made these cookies yesterday, and they were fluffy, crunchy yet chewy; and they were very light. We were just completely addicted to these small cookies. if you are looking for a gluten-free or weight-watcher cookie recipe that still tastes great, this is definitely the one. You will fall in love with them after the first bite :)
