This unexpected combination brings together golden-browned chicken with fruit sweetness and cheese tang in every bite.

The pear puree cooks down into a luscious sauce while fresh cranberries burst with tartness. Crumbled feta adds a salty punch that ties it all together.

Serve it over fluffy brown rice with sliced scallions for a weeknight dinner that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen.

Pro Tips

  • Brown the chicken well before adding liquid to lock in juices and create rich pan flavors
  • Use fresh or frozen cranberries (no need to thaw frozen ones)
  • Try goat cheese instead of feta for a creamier finish
  • Substitute white wine for water to add depth to the sauce
