Ingredients

4 each pork loin chops
1 1/2 inches thick

1 teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon sage
rubbed

1 tablespoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Combine seasonings, mix well.

Coat chops with seasoning mixture.

Grill over med ium-high heat 7 to 8 minutes per side, turning once.
