Buckwheat Oat Pancakes for One
Rolled oats with buckwheat pancake flour, low fat as made with applesauce in place of oil.
Ingredients

rolled oats

1/4 | cup |
buckwheat flour

|
1 | tablespoons |
cinnamon
|
|
2 | tablespoons |
applesauce
|
|
1 | each |
eggs
|
Directions
Add ingredients, then stir well.
Add water to get the consistency desired.
Pour onto oiled griddle and cook until brown on both sides.
Serve with fresh berries.
The recipe can be easily doubled or tripled.
