Ingredients

4 cups bow-tie pasta (farfalle)
hot cooked

halved
cup basil
thinly sliced fresh

chopped pitted niçoise

2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons olive oil, extra-virgin
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sweet red bell peppers
crushed
½ teaspoon black pepper
freshly ground
2 cloves garlic
minced
1 x red wine vinegar
as needed

Directions

Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss well.

Sprinkle vinegar over each serving, if desired.
