A quick and easy one pan meal is perfect for a weekday supper when you don’t have time to cook up a storm.

Directions

In a pot, cook pasta al dente.

In a large saucepan, add oil, garlic, and sausage broken up with a fork while cooking for about 5 minutes.

Add wine and oregano and cook for 5 minutes more. Add cream and parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce boils. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour over cooked pasta and toss to coat.
