Ingredients

10 each beets
chopped

1 cup onions
chopped
2 cups cabbage
chopped
1 cup sweet red bell peppers
1 stalk celery
chopped

2 tablespoons salt
½ cup sugar
1 cup cauliflower florets
chopped
3 tablespoons mustard seeds
1 tablespoon celery seeds
2-2 ¼ cups vinegar

Directions

Combine ingredients.

Heat to boiling. Cook slowly, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender.
