Creamy, cheesy, satisfying! This quick and easy bean dip is my family's favorite go-to comfort food.

Ingredients

2 cans refried beans (pinto or black)
1/3 cup sour cream
1 1/2-2 cups Velveeta cut into 1-inch cubes
2-3 Tbsp taco sauce

Ingredients

2 cans refried beans (pinto or black)
1/3 cup sour cream
1 1/2-2 cups Velveeta cut into 1-inch cubes
2-3 Tbsp taco sauce

Directions

  1. In microwave safe bowl combine refried beans and ½ cup of Velveeta cubes. Microwave for 3 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and stir. Repeat until all of Velveeta cheese is incorporated.
  2. Carefully remove bean dip from microwave. Fold in sour cream and taco sauce. Gently stir from the bottom of the bowl up to make sure the sour cream and taco sauce are incorporated throughout.
  3. Add more taco sauce according to your taste.
  4. Serve with your favorite dippers.
