Low Fat, Fat-Free, Low in Saturated Fat, Low Cholesterol, Cholesterol-Free, Trans-fat Free, Sugar-Free
 

Ingredients

cup vegetable shortening
chilled
*
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
sifted
2 tablespoons water

Directions

Either by hand or in a processor cut shortening into the flour and salt until in fine crumbs.

Add water 1T at a time until a ball forms.

Wrap in plastic and chill for one hour.

Roll out to fit a 9 inch pie pan.

Bake at 425℉ (220℃) for 10 to 12 minutes or leave unbaked if recipe calls for unbaked shell.
