Ingredients

3 each bananas
mashed
cup sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
1 each eggs
¼ cup milk
cup flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup walnuts
optional

Directions

Mix together in order given. Pour into lightly greased and floured oblong or small loaf pans. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 30 to 35 minutes.

I think this cake is good when you top it off with the cream cheese icing, like on a carrot cake or a swedish nut cake.
