Asparagus Grilled with Curried Yogurt Dressing
The curried yogurt dressing is spicy, creamy and flavorful, grilled asparagus is tender-crispy, topped with curried yogurt dressing, a light and tasty side dish for your spring supper.

Directions
Toss together asparagus, canola oil, salt and pepper.
Place on greased grill over medium high heat.
Grill and turn often until tender and slightly charred, 7 to 9 minutes.
Transfer to a serving platter.
Top with dressing.
Sprinkle with toasted cashews if desired.
