Ingredients

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
8 ounces applesauce
1 each eggs
1 cup milk, skim

Directions

Mix the dry ingredients together and add the applesauce, then the egg and milk.

Pour into nonstick loaf pan and bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 50 min.

Remove and cool.
