Directions
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).
Melt the chocolate and let cool slightly.
Mix the oil and the sugar together in a medium bowl.
Stir in the chocolate.
Blend in the eggs, one at a time.
Add the vanilla.
Add the flour, salt, and baking powder, mixing well.
Refrigerate the dough for one hour.
Using a small cookie scoop, shape dough into balls.
Roll generously in powdered sugar.
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove cookies to a rack to cool.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
