Leftover Turkey Pot Pie

The Thanksgiving feast has been enjoyed and now it is time to figure out what to do with what remains of this delicious meal. There are more ways than just a boring turkey sandwich to clear out the refrigerator.

Just add 2 tbsp of cornstarch to the leftover filling and cook over medium heat until the pudding bubbles and thickens, stirring constantly. Remove it from the heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter. Refrigerate the pudding or serve it immediately.
