One of my favorite things to do with garden peas is to make a pea purée. Think of mashed potatoes only with peas instead.

Easy to make, good taste!

Great simple recipe, I added some leeks which I threw in with the parsnips when they had about 10 minutes left to boil. Really came out great.

Coconut and molasses give the muffins delicious tangy. Whole wheat flour adds extra goodness, these muffins are Ideal for breakfast.
