Strawberries & Cream are always a winning combination, and the mixologists at Dirty Martini have served up an ace with their latest cocktail creation in celebration of the 126th Wimbledon Championships this year. There’s nothing more quintessentially British than watching the ultimate summer game played out by stars in crisp whites, accompanied by a smooth cocktail to beat the heat.

Made this recipe with low-fat sour cream and a bit mayonnaise, deliciously creamy, and loved the fruitiness from the apples. This coleslaw is delicious at many ways, topping for burgers, sandwiches, even hot dogs, pulled pork...

If you are a fun of avocado or guacamole, you should certainly give this salad a try. The guacamole dressing is creamy and tasty, the combination of lettuce, cheeses, tomato, scallions and corn chips is full of flavors and texture, and it's tossed with the creamy dressing. It's not easy to resist this mouth-watering salad.

Simple Fruit Salad with Cream

Ranch flavoured cream cheese cheese rolled with ham in a flour tortilla. A favourite party appetizer that's very easy to prepare in a short amount of time.

The addition of ingredients like curry powder and grated Parmesan make this salad special. Great for sandwiches, on crackers as an appetizer or served on lettuce leaves.

Unlike classic hummus, this one is made with chickpea, almond butter and light sour cream. It tastes incredibly creamy and delcious. If you are a big fan of all of these three ingredients, this hummus should on your to-make list. Enjoy :)

This cream cheese-based cracker spread is served free at a local pub. It was so delicious that I knew I had to try to duplicate it home after I first had it. At the pub, the spread is served with club-type crackers, but it goes well on any cracker or with crudites.
