The combination of orange, lemon, lime and grapefruit really kick it up a notch. If you really want to impress your guests and blow them away with sophistication this is sure to wow them. Fantastic and can leave ingredients out or subsitute and still fabulous. Excellent for lunches on toasted bagels or crackers for a party. I have made this several times and it is always a hit!!!
