Made this Thai cauliflower curry for lunch yesterday, we both felt it was delicious especially considering the dish was so easy to make. Really liked the flavor combination from coconut milk, Thai curry, soy sauce (didn't have fish sauce, so used soy sauce instead), lime juice and sugar. Slightly sweet and sour, which went so well with the tanginess and richness from the coconut milk. Had it with some rice that picked up all the sauce, believe me, you don't want to waste a drop. A definite keeper that we will be making again!
