Lovely mingle of flavours. I toasted the walnets. Used dried tarragon but soaked in the oils w/orgainc cider vinegar in advance. Oh yeah and added 1 clove of finely minced garlic. A big hit with or without the garlic. High class side dish using the fresh beans from my local country road farmer.

Sugar snap peas are sweet with a lovely crispiness. We think they are probably the best vegetable now commonly available. In this recipe they are combined with wax beans and radishes along with a light lime dressing that highlights the clean crisp and sweet flavors. A perfect side dish to boost the veggie intake in any meal.
I like natural flavors of veggies without any seasoning inc. salt.. I often steam them and serve them as a side to other dishes.. sometimes they are tossed into the soup like in this example.. you may steam various veggies in various seasons of the year..
