Halloween mice cookies!
This winning decorated cookie charmed us with its sophisticated look and pleasing chocolate-pepperminty flavor. It's from Deb Bonfiglio of River Hills.
Pat Korth of Muskego offered a coconut variation on the peanut butter kiss cookie.
Instead of a traditional method, we use a skillet to bake the cookies, also you don't have to make cookies one by one, just bake the batter all together. It comes out nice and crispy outside and moist inside, and it's a cookie, or looks like a cake. So you have both to enjoy!
Made without butter, and with cocoa powder instead of chocolate, the cake is like a souffle that rises, then sinks as it cools.
