Why buy prepacked taco seasoning when it is easy to make from scratch. If you purchase the spices at a bulk store it is also very very inexpensive to make. As a bonus you can control the salt. Commercial mixes have way too much salt for my tastes.
Quesadillas are so easy to make at home, and you can add whatever you like into the filling. Sprinkle your favourite cheese, and adjust the seasoning to your own taste. Much better taste and much healthier than those restaurant ones.

Made this dish for supper today, and it was absolutely delicious. Loved this hot peanut sauce so much, it was creamy, slightly sweet, sour and spicy, which made the dish taste amazingly flavorful and tasty.
Sauteed mushroom and Swiss chard with layered mashed potatoes, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top, after baking the flavor is wonderful. It is also a good dish for holidays.
