The third time we made our own pita bread, this time I ground some sunflower and pumpkin seeds and added into the dough with the white sesame seeds, also added some sun-dried tomatoes, the pita bread didn't puff up too much like last time, but the flavor and the texture were both excellent. We really loved the flavor from the nuts and sun-dried tomatoes.

Who doesn't love cinnamon rolls? Probably everyone does. How can you not love these yummy rolls that are made with pumpkin puree and whole wheat flour. They are packed with goodness and taste delicious. Light and fluffy in the inside, golden-brown on the outside with warm cinnamon and brown sugar.
Turned out very fluffy, hot out of the oven I ate about 5 of them right away. Lightly warm spiced with sweetness from the sweet potato. You won't find these in any store.
Some Multigrain sandwich bread feels like a brick and tastes like a card board, which frustrates us especially when we want to move to a healthier diet. But not this bread, it actually feels soft and fluffy, perfect for making any sandwiches. The nutty flavor adds extra yumminess.
This is always a hit! I tweaked it by using 1/2 c oil and 3/4 c orange juice and it turned out great. We made these into muffins and put them in gift bags for our out-of-town guests at our wedding and they all loved them. For muffins, we baked at 350 for 25 minutes and it made about 22 muffins per batch.
