White fish sauce/16 recipes

Last week, we cooked tofu following this recipe, the tomato and mushroom sauce was very nice and yummy.

A very refreshing and tasty sauce! We had lots of frozen peas and lots of fresh mint growing at our backyard, this recipe was perfect for us to use up some of the peas and mint.

It's a real comfy meal, and I always serve it with some homemade cabbage, daikon or cucumber kimchi (see links below). Absolutely delicious!

This is a cheese enchilada casserole. Beans, cheese, onions, Mexican chile sauce (not very spicy) and corn tortillas are layered in a casserole and then it's baked in the oven until bubbly.

Sweet and sour rhubarb-pomegranate filling is topped with a buttery and flakey pastry. Serve the baked warm and juicy cobbler with some cream, delicious.

This classic Chinese appetizer can be found in many of Chinese restaurants. Fresh and crunchy veggies are wrapped into fresh tofu sheets, very similar way to wrap sushi. Usually served with soy-sesame or spicy dipping sauce.

Not your tradional "fudgy" brownies, they have the warm and rich cocoa taste and are more "cake-like."

Nothing says lovin like some spicy Louisiana cooking. I absolutely LOVE making this when I have the time. I'm toning down the amount of creole seasoning that I use, because I tend to be a little heavy handed with it. The amount is an approximate - season to your taste. Fell free to substitute cajun seasoning for the creole. It's all about personal preference. Enjoy!!
