Leek soup/19 recipes

I make this soup every Halloween and is the "signal" to the family that the cool weather has arrived. I've been making it for 15 years now and out of all the soups I make, it is still everyone's favorite. Enjoy!

Last summer, we had some fresh tomatillo from our farmer's share, then we found this recipe and gave it a try. The flavor was so good, we followed the recipe exactly, but you don't like too spicy, you can reduce the amount of the green chilis. The result will be still outstanding!
