This crumb cake is like a coffee cake, not too sweet, which fits my taste. I often eat it with a cup of coffee or tea in the afternoon. I do substitute raspberries or blackberries for blueberries depending on what berries I have on hand when I want to make it. No surprise, it comes out great every single time.

It's like a combination of cinnamon buns and sheet cake, and it was buttery and delicious. Made a large bunch, cut into squares and frozen most of the cake. Perfect for breakfast or snack with a cup of coffee or tea.

I guess I will have to ditch the craft dinner, because this mac and cheese was actually so easy to make, and it was so much better than those boxed stuff. No comparison.

A quick and easy chicken casserole main dish. Great to use up leftover chicken. Dinner on the table in 20 minutes flat.
