Wow, the chicken came out so moist and juicy. Roasting the chicken breast-side down at first really made a huge difference, which insured the juicy breasts. The honey glaze was an excellent addition to the chicken. We served it with mashed potato and honey-glazed carrots. A satisfying and delicious meal.

Lots of great flavours in these twice baked potatoes. Really enjoyed the taste of this flavour combination. The black olives and green chills added more depth, and the cream and cheese enhanced the overall texture and flavour. I might add a bit sun-dried tomatoes next time to give it a Mediterranean take-on.

This was a common meal in German blue collar working class families. It is still very popular on buffets, and even used to become "hip" recently for people who got bored with mussels, salmon or caviar on buffets. People in old times often did not use ground meat, but ground cheap meat leftovers. This used to be pub food in the very old times in Germany as you could store it for a long time - no fridge was around at that time, only a pantry. It is perfect as a cold snack for long road trips.
