A sweet and delicious butter spread that can be used on toast, pancakes or even waffles.

These wonderful Ruffled Crepes are named for Isabel Holden, the original owner of the circa 1902 Victorian Bed & Breakfast. Served on a plate and garnished with sour cream and baked in muffin tins the lovely ruffled sides are truly an elegant presentation.

This is a simple and tasty oatmeal.

I think what happened was that the applesauce mixed with the still uncooked pancake top and was cooked (combined) to make an unusual fluffy inside.
