Peanut Butter Cream Pie with Chocolate Crust recipe

A scrumptious dessert made with bread cubes, apples and a bit of cinnamon. Tastes amazing when served with hard sauce or ice cream.

A delicious variation on the traditional pound cake! As noted in the recipe, the main ingredient measurements are by weight NOT volume. You'll notice that they are all one pound each. THAT'S what makes a TRUE pound cake.

This recipe will make two 9 inch cakes or one stacked layer cake. If making the stacked layer cake, the Peanut Butter Filling should be put between the layers and on top of the cake before topping it with the Chocolate Glaze.
