Shredded wheat muffins/2 recipes

It is a great summer recipe.

Awesome vegetarian mexican pie, we make in 2 pans instead of 1, so it really becomes 4 layers.

I have tried this recipe for several times, very easy to make, and tastes very well too, especially they are all vegetables, and I always use no-fat milk. I love it.

Vegetarian recipe is always very strict on the ingredients, this is a typical vegetarian recipe! Very good!
