Halloween Dirt Cake recipe

A scrumptious appetizer that is easy to make in your crockpot. Goes great with a grilled steak and mashed potatoes.

This great looking cheesecake has two creamy layers one strawberry and one vanilla. It taste as good as it looks. To avoid cracking, run the knife just trough the very top when swirling the strawberry puree.

Try serving this with softened vanilla or cinnamon ice cream, or with cinnamon whipped cream. To make the latter, whip some heavy cream with a pinch of cinnamon. You can serve the tart warm or at room temperature. Wrap in plastic and keep overnight at room temperature. Or refrigerate for longer storage.
