Great recipe, measurements worked out perfectly. Used the resulting jelly with Apple stuffed pork chops (linked below). The sweet slightly tart would work great with some spice, perhaps red pepper flakes added for a sweet-spicy kick.
Fantastic recipe! This afternoon we made this roasted carrots with cumin and chili as a side dish with barbecue, and it was delicious with grilled chicken or burger. Will be making this tasty yet easy recipe again!
Mapleleaf roast turkey... it's a big yum fest with this Thanksgiving turkey. The crispy browned skin is like Canadian Peking duck. Roasted and glazed with a reduction of maple syrup and apple cider does the trick. It's like a Canadian recipe eh?
Excellent and very quick and easy to make. A very mild Indian style feel. The tomatoes added a tasty sauce for the tender pork medallions. Will make again.

This is one of our favorites. I add more lemon (yes, with the rind!). It's sooo good! Not bitter. I looked online to find it because I misplaced my "Award winning recipes" cookbook in the move. I use vinegar instead of wine (about half the amount) because we don't stock wine.
Good as a quick barbecue sauce but we use it for a dipping sauce for chicken fingers or homemade chicken nuggets.
Light, refreshing and very tasty dish.
Easy grilled pork ribs; dry-rubbed with spices, slow-baked, and then finished on the grill with a vinegary basting sauce.

Quick, easy and fuss-free. Made this dish for Sean's lunch yesterday, and he absolutely enjoyed it. Followed the recipe, and used some mixed frozen stir-fry veggies we bought from Costco, it was a wonderful combination.
