These were delicious! I don't like mushrooms so nixed those and used a broccoli/cauliflower mixture. Loved it; the added wine and garlic with all the veggies....yum. I believe I used 11 lasagna noodles; putting 1/3 cup of the mixture in each noodle was perfect.

Inspired by the fresh peach tart recipe I made a few days ago, yesterday came out this fresh peach and plum tart recipe. This time I used a lot both freshly seasonal peaches and plums, and also made a 11-inch tart to satisfy my fruit tart craving. It came out beautiful and delicious, definitely the kind of dessert that I love to have in summer!

Pecan Whole Wheat Rye Breadrecipe
When using any other flour but white, substitute one tablespoon of gluten flour* for regular flour. You can use mixed grains, bran, flax, whole wheat flour, rye flour. Just be sure to adjust the gluten. 100% whole wheat does not turn out too well.
Added sliced Provolone, which I melted over the top under the broiler and made the sandwiches in pita pockets. Delicious!

If you layer this on a slice of toasted rye bread with some fried piccolo tomatoes it makes a great breakfast for lazy weekends. You could also add fried mushrooms too if you’re feeling adventurous.
Nice cookies! I followed the recipe except only cooked them for 11 minutes (I prefer a softer cookie), and they were wonderful.
