These chocolate chip cookies were amazingly delicious. Just like the name, these cookies had a nice crunch when biting into it, and they were so buttery.

These delicious three layer bars are made with chocolate, peanut butter, coconut flakes, and puffed rice. They are perfect for breakfast or a tasty snack.

This is an easy to make version of real homemade Canadian Bacon. Also known as peameal bacon in Canada. Works wonderfully for peameal on a bun.

I changed it up a bit by using both a red and green pepper and a can of stewed tomatoes. I cooked on low for a full 8 hours which made the meat extremely tender.

My son brought this recipe home from work one day some years ago and asked me to please make these cookies for him. His friend Brian had given him the recipe. Brian's mom had made the cookies and he would bring them in to work and give my son some. My son William said that they were so good that he wanted me to make some for him, so I made them and I loved them as well as my husband, my daughter, my sisters, and everyone else who ate them. Well, then my daughter's friends wanted me to make some cookies for them, so I just gave them the recipe and said go for it yourselves, they are so easy to make. I know you will love these cookies too because they are not the regular chocolate chip cookie variety. They melt in your mouth and you can't eat just one. I made this recipe for my boyfriend on his birthday and he asked me to marry him (I did). I'm not saying for sure that the Prinzregent Torte is why Don wanted to marry me, but I've always worried that it might have been. It is a magnificent recipe that always evokes incredulous cries of pleasure from people that I serve it to. The cake is a lot of work, so I only make it about once a year, but the people that I make it for feel very special.

Unlike most of the chocolate cookies, these cookies are much lower fat, also using whole wheat flour adds more fibre, they are super delicious!
