Rolled oats/3 recipes

This is a rich, interesting cookie, made with nuts, raisins, cinnamon, and jam rolled into a tender cream-cheese pastry.

May use fresh or frozen strawberries, or may substitute other fruit of choice such as blackberries, peaches, etc.

The roast came out so tender and succulent. We used organic beef stock, which really added lots of great flavour. Had it with mashed potatoes and homemade dinner rolls. What a treat!
