This is my favorite recipe for tacos with a mixture of New Mexican Cuisine as well as other ethnic recipes.

Pumpkin recipes are blowing up Pinterest this year, more than I remember seeing before. I love the put-pumpkin-in-everything craze as much as anyone, but this year I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed by it all. Maybe because it started too early, before I was even thinking about pumpkins. Maybe because I’ve had pumpkins on my porch for almost 2 months and I’ve yet to actually cut one open. Either way, I’m late to this game. If you’re not all pumpkin-ed out yet, you may enjoy this recipe for chocolate pumpkin bread. It’s free of nuts, dairy, gluten and all grains. As far as sweet breads go, this one is as healthy as it gets.

Cheap Cheap Chili recipe

Add feta cheese, sun-dried tomates, marinated artichoke hearts, mushrooms, olives, fresh cucumber, onions and bell peppers into cooked macaroni. Serve it over a bed of mixed greens, super tasty and refreshing.

Creamy avocados, juicy-sweet tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, meaty chickpeas and salty olives are on top of a bed of lettuce or any your favorite greens. Drizzle some freshly homemade vinaigrette and serve with a few slices of good bread.

A soup which is a combination of Mediterranean garlic soups with a 17th century East European fava beans soup. Quite good.

Once upon a time I was reading a magazine article about good cooking. The journalist tried to convince me not to use some combinations of ingredients. One of the "banned" combinations mentioned was green and black olives. And so this soup was born to enjoy me.

I like this sour flavor. The best over buckwheat, but all is fine when over rice, potatoes, noodles, or just with lettuce mix. You may use pickled grilled red pepper.
