Quick and simple to prepare and very healthy. Replaces potato or rice or pasta. Great with grilled chicken or fish or lamb.

This is really a tasty recipe, I have introduced it to many friends, because once they tasted it, they always ask me for this recipe!

I make this Tiramisu a few times every year for my friends and family, because every time after they tasted it, they just kept asking me to make it again. LOL!
