Quick and easy Asian glazed salmon. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal.
Pre heats the oven to 220°C. Peel and chop the onion and parsley. Mix with the mustard to form a cream. Spread the flesh of the fish fillets with this cream, then stack them two by two, skin outward, string them likes roasts. Place in an oven dish and surround mushrooms, then potatoes a cut in half. Sprinkle with lemon juice, olive oil, and white wine. Season with salt and pepper and Baked Fish for 30 to 40 minutes, watching. Do not hesitate to add the vegetables of your choice around the fish! I had this Greek pastry for the first time in a restaurant and I was not overly thrilled with it. So when I ran across this recipe and saw how easy is was to make I decided to try it. I liked my version much better, which will no doubt cause an uproar. So to anyone who has tried this dessert I want you to make this one and let me know if you like it, maybe it tastes nothing like it is suppose to.
