This is my batter for frying Whiting, walleye the like. I use this batter for frying onion rings also.

1 cup of flour
2. beaten eggs
1 Tbsp of garliic salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon
1 can if beer (regular pemium beer)
Ingredients

2. beaten eggs
1 Tbsp of garliic salt
1 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon
1 can if beer (regular pemium beer)
Directions
Put the flour, garlic salt, garlic powder, pepper into a bowl and mix. add in beatened eggs. Then mix in the beer to desired consistency. Let stand for about 5 min. Dip fish into batter and place in deep fryer or deep, large frying pan until golden brown ususally for about 5-10 minutes. Turn once during frying. Remove from fryer and place on paper towels to drain the excess grease. Best eaten while hot.
