The buttery crepes were soft and warm with caramelized brown sugar-cinnamon mixture on top and juicy-tender apple slices inside coated with more brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. We served these yummy pancakes with maple syrup and a drizzle of fresh lemon juice, absolutely to die for!

The pumpkin filling was very smooth and silky-like texture, I used all evaporated milk, reduced the sugar a bit, and the pumplin pie looked and tasted great with the right amount of sweetness. I had this tasty pumpkin pie with a dollop of Greek yogurt, and I absolutely enjoyed it.
The soup was delicious and easy to make. Ideal for cold winter days.
