Made this recipe for dinner earlier today. I was so glad that I made it, it came out surprisingly delicious! I halved the recipe, used 1 large green bell pepper, omitted the red pepper, and I also added 2 small carrots. There were lots of flavors in it so yummy. Absolutely loved the cornbread topping that went so deliciously well with the lentil chili, nicely golden and browned on the outside and moist and yummy in the inside, and used it to soak all the flavorful sauce. Hmmm, I have to make it again!
