Made this soup a few days ago. I absolutely loved it, and enjoyed it. I did not detect any nasty smell that one of the previous reviewers mentioned. Instead it came out very tasty and flavourful.
Crispy fried chicken wraps rolled in warm flour tortillas with a smear of cream cheese, crunchy peppers, cucumber, onion, and fresh salad greens. A fast handheld lunch built on golden, paprika-spiced chicken strips.

A soup which is a combination of Mediterranean garlic soups with a 17th century East European fava beans soup. Quite good.
It tasted very refreshing and flavorful. The leftover was kept in the fridge and had it for brunch today, even better.
Winter greens can be bitter but not when cooked this way. Perfectly complimentary flavors and belly filling warmness. If you've never tried collard greens before this recipe is more than worth the effort.

Creamy corn and bell pepper chowder: a low-fat skim-milk chowder with sweet corn, red bell peppers, scallions, and shallots. Pureed corn gives it body without heavy cream.
Excellent! Very authentic rendition of this classic soup. Very fresh and clean tasting with great flavor. It even beats the hot and sour soup from my favorite Chinese restaurant.
