Loaded burritos stuffed with seasoned ground beef and spicy pork sausage, refried beans, fresh tomato, Monterey Jack cheese, and crisp lettuce. A 30-minute weeknight dinner the whole family will fight over.
Excellent. Several of our guests stated that they hate refried beans but after trying this dip they are converted. Great mix of flavors, I added a chipotle pepper in adobo sauce that was chopped and mixed into the refried beans. A perfect superbowl dip or great anytime you have a gathering.

Classic German meatloaf stuffed with whole hard-boiled eggs, wrapped in bacon and roasted until crispy outside with tender beef-pork filling, served with sour cream gravy.
Cheesy and delicious. The whole wheat crust is so flakey and tasty, the filling is made with sauteed onions, asparagus and gruyere cheese, packed with yumminess. It's great for an appetizer, or a vegetarian main course.
I make this recipe and double it and make bigger cookies, also I substitute Chocolate chips for nuts and raisins because I am allergic to nuts and my kids hated raisins.

Super quick, easy to make, and it's creamy and delicious with some nice crunch and freshness.
This version of Salisbury Steaks uses dried wild mushrooms in a beefy red wine sauce. Regular mushrooms work well too. Ground round makes for a meaty steak and milk keeps them juicy.
Pan-sauteed mushrooms are mixed with a mixture of barbeque sauce, tomato paste, cider vinegar and pickled chipotle pepper, which makes a delicious filling to the quesadillas. An easy, tasty yet wholesome week-night meal.
These tacos were delicious! Made them for a recent family dinner, and everyone at the table just kept asking for more. Thank goodness that I had enough to cover everyone's appetite :)
This is a great way to use up some leftover turkey breast. Not to mention after the holidays we all need a little weight watcher help!
