Made this broccoli and basil frittata yesterday, just uploaded the photos and edited the recipe. I like the slow cooking skill in this recipe, everything was cooked perfectly, and all the flavor went together ver well, absolutely delicious.
Definitely a five star recipe. I used salami instead of ham, because that was all I had at the moment, and it came out delicious. The tomato sauce worked deliciously well with the shrimp, olives and feta cheese. Used spaghetti instead of fettuccine, green olives stuffed with pimento instead of black olives. It was a very delightful dish, indeed.
